When it comes to losing weight, we are constantly bombarded with so many methods and tips. It can be difficult to sort through all of the information to find out what is going to work for you. Well, I am going to reveal how to lose weight quickly in one month.
I’m Tim Lekach and it took me a long time to find methods that worked for me. The reason that it can take time to figure it out is because there is no “one size fits all” method that is going to work for absolutely everyone.
You might be experiencing this right now. It probably feels like you’ve tried everything and that nothing has worked. Well, don’t give up. The tips that I am going to share with you have helped me lose weight quickly numerous times.
11 Tips To Help You Lose Weight Quickly
Always check with your doctor before you enter into any type of diet or exercise regime.
Although I believe that my results are typical, I cannot guarantee them for obvious reasons but I sincerely believe that you have what it takes to lose weight quickly in one month.
Cut Back On Cakes, Cookies and Pies
One of the hardest things to do when losing weight is cutting back on the foods that we know that we really shouldn’t be eating a lot of. You know, that extra piece of cake or that extra slice of pie.
And while it can be hard to cut back on those treats, it really is important to do your best to limit your intake of those foods. Especially when you are trying to lose weight quickly.
And while I know it’s not realistic to cut out treats completely, it’s important to scale back. Foods that contain a lot of sugar are commonly known as carbs. Carbs is short for carbohydrates. And carbs are a component that gives us energy but if you are eating foods high in sugar and you’re not in-turn burning off those carbs safely and effectively then you are going to have a tough time losing weight.
For example, let’s say you eat 5 chocolate chip cookies per day and you don’t exercise whatsoever. Even though those cookies are providing your body with energy for you to exercise, if you don’t exercise than those cookies will lead to you gaining weight. Definitely not a good idea especially if you want to lose weight quickly.
I should also point out that carbohydrates are an important source of energy for your body, so try replacing the cookies, cakes and pies with vegetables, potatoes and quinoa like I did. And remember, an occasional cookie is still ok, at least it was for me.
Increase Your Physical Activity
I know that this may sound very redundant but I cannot stress enough how important moving your body is to losing weight. In our house, we have a treadmill in our basement. Now, you may think that having a treadmill in our basement would make life easier. And you may also think that I could just hop on and start doing cardio but if I’m being honest, for me, having a treadmill in our home doesn’t make it easier.
It got easier as the month progressed but I find that it doesn’t matter if I go to a fitness facility or our basement, it’s still challenging for me to do cardio. I mean once I get going, I do get into it, it’s just the getting started part that can be challenging sometimes. Maybe you feel the same way.
And if you don’t have a treadmill, or belong to fitness facility, then try going for a 20 minute walk outside, running on the spot for 5 minutes, or walking up and down your stairs if your home has stairs. Doing something active is better then nothing.
Ditch The Sugary Drinks
I used to the biggest fan of soft drinks and soda. Knowing that they weren’t the best for me, I still couldn’t help myself. They are just so readily available. Everywhere you look you can see sugary energy drinks. And for some reason, I started drinking coffee in September of 2019. Not sure why. I never drank coffee before that date.
So, another mistake that I was making was putting too much sugar in my coffee. Well, that has all changed. To combat this, I increased my water intake immensely.
This is a picture of the jug that I drink water from, it holds 2 liters of water. On average, I drink about three jugs a day. Not only does it help me limit my intake of sugary drinks but it also curbs my hunger when I have a sudden hunger pain. Drinking more water has definitely helped me lose weight quickly and I’m confident that if you incorporated more water into your routine, you should experience the same results.
Get An Adequate Amount Of Sleep
This might seem a little strange to you because it doesn’t have anything to do with eating or exercise but I’m living proof that having 6.5-8 hours of sleep per night should help you lose weight. I know, I didn’t believe it either until I conditioned myself to sleep more then I was already sleeping.
There was a time that I only slept between 3-4 hours per night. That was disastrous to my health. Not only did I feel crappy all of the time but I gained weight too. I had to train myself to get more sleep. And if you are having trouble sleeping on a consistent basis, taking a melatonin supplement has become increasingly popular.
The way that I eventually convinced myself that getting more sleep would work is that I thought if I slept more, there would be less chance of me snacking or caving into cravings for junk food. That’s how I justified it. This train of thought may work for you so give it a try as early as tonight.
GenF20 Plus All-Natural Supplement
GenF20 Plus is an all-natural supplement that gives me more energy and speeds up my metabolism. And the great part is, is it does not contain caffeine. Limiting the amount of caffeine is important to me because when I have caffeine throughout my day, it affects my sleeping patterns.
GenF20 Plus is known as an HGH releaser. HGH stands for human growth hormone. This is a hormone that is naturally produced by our body. But as we age, our body produces less of it which usually leaves us feeling low on energy and have a slower metabolism.
I’m not exaggerating when I say that GenF20 Plus has completing enhanced my life in a number if ways. Not only does it increase my energy levels but it has also boosted my sex drive, improved my mental focus and clarity and has helped me have a better sleep.
As you can see from the picture of my personal supply, I use the tablets and oral spray. The real surprising thing about GenF20 Plus is that I didn’t even realize that my HGH levels were low until I started taking the supplement.
If you would like to know more about GenF20 Plus you can visit My Powerful GenF20 Plus Real Review. And to learn about the oral spray you can visit My GenF20 Plus Oral Spray Review. I’ve incorporated this supplement into my daily routine and it really helps me maintain a consistent healthy weight based on my height and age.
Reduce Caffeine Intake
Based on my experience, I feel that I have a delayed reaction when it comes to caffeine. What I mean is, when I consume caffeine, it doesn’t give me the energy that I’m looking for at the moment that I need it, it kicks after the fact. Usually in the evening. So I try to stay from caffeine altogether.
I am aware that it can be challenging to completely eliminate caffeine but if you can at least drastically reduce your caffeine intake, it should help with your sleep schedule. Even though caffeine is known to simulate metabolism, it can affect other areas of your life, and generally not in a good way.
In order for me to lose weight quickly in a 28-day period, my body really benefitted from routine. I went to sleep at 10pm every night and woke up at 6:30am, sometimes 7am. Eliminating caffeine is what worked for my body but it’s not necessarily the route that you have to take. But do your best to try reduce your intake as much as possible and you should lose weight quickly.
Eat More Veggies
Creativity is key here. Eating more vegetables tends to help you feel more full. It can curb your hunger while you get the nutrients your body needs. Making yourself a salad is a great way to get your veggies. You can personalize it and it can be fun to make.
There is no right or wrong way to make your salad. As long as it’s satisfying to you and it helps you veer away from the unhealthy snacks then consider it a success. Even snacking on carrots instead of potato chips is a victory. Maintaining this habit and you should be well on your way to losing weight in a month.
Avoid Trigger Foods
One of the best strategies that you can implement when trying lose weight quickly in month is to avoid trigger foods. These would be foods that you know will be counter production to your weight loss journey.
Foods like candy, chocolate, and chips could be detrimental to your progress. Remember, you’re trying to lose weight quickly and safely. Trigger foods can also include foods that you eat in excess. You know, foods that you can’t have just one of. For me, trigger foods include chip and chocolate bars.
I have almost no will power when it comes to those foods. I can never seem to eat them in moderation. For me, it’s either I eat the whole bag of chips or nothing. And chocolate bars, forget about it. Now, don’t get me wrong, I do have my moments when I can eat them in moderation but as a general rule I do my best to stay away from them as bet as I can.
Here is something that you can try. Try making a list, after you’re finished reading this, of three to five foods that you know will hinder your progress. They are generally pretty obvious and when you write them down, it will give you something visual to work towards. Writing them down is powerful.
Drink Less Alcohol
As you may know, alcoholic beverages are often high in calories. They are also notorious for lowering your inhibition’s and will power. Which can lead you to eat your trigger foods that I mentioned earlier. A great tool to get a better idea of how many calories are in the drinks you have is the alcohol calorie calculator. In some cases, it’s an eye opener.
You could really drastically reduce your caloric intake by going dry for a month. And after a month, who knows, it just might be a lifelong habit. Alcohol also has a tendency to prevent your body from absorbing the vitamins and minerals from the healthy food that you eat. Therefore, diminishing all of your hard work.
Use Positive Language
Mindset plays a huge part in weight loss. Especially when focusing on losing weight in a thirty day period. In 2017, I became very focused on the language and self-talk that I used on a constant basis. What I found is, is that I was essentially talking myself out of a lot of situations that would have lead me to progress.
Once I changed my self-talk, it got easier to see success quicker. And I’m not the only one. In a 2012 study, people that used the phrase “I don’t” versus “I can’t” felt more empowered. For example, instead of saying to yourself, “I can’t go for a walk today”, try “I don’t skip my walks”. This will help you feel in charge of your actions, leading you to a positive and more productive result.
Reduce The Salt
You’d be surprised how much salt is in the foods you eat on a regular basis. In order to lose weight quickly, I highly recommend being very mindful of the salt that’s in the foods that you eat. I say this because, when I paid close attention to my salt intake, it really fast-tracked my weight loss.
In fact, study after study point towards the fact that salt intake can lead to an increase in appetite and thirst, which spikes daily calories. Salt is normally present in processed foods. Try replacing those foods with more natural sources. For example, instead of eating at a fast food restaurant, try eating baked chicken breast and steamed vegetables.
Summary
The eleven tips that I just revealed to you are tips that I use on a consistent basis to lose weight quickly. You will have to figure out what works for you specifically. Keep safety in mind and give one or all of these tips a try and I am confident that you will achieve the results that you are looking for.
